Unfortunately, a large portion of our current OA users, and most of our new users do not know that you need to enter EITHER the name of the insured OR the policy number, then let the system think before choosing which policy they wish to claim. I propose a disclaimer, note, tag, or something similar informing all users of this function. I have had MANY frustrated callers simply because they did not know this information and the data they enter disappears on them.
