This functionality already exists via our Notifications center in Online Access. Through this feature, our users are able to set up custom notification alerts for various policy events. See the attached instructions for an example of how to set up notifications for death claim events.

We have updated your Online Access notification preference so that only when a contract is claimed that you wrote, you will be notified. We did this by adding a custom notification in your notification settings screen for agent #'s 012578 and 012818. If this is not working as you intended, please feel free to reach out to us.

When I use the notification functions on the website I get emails that are
supposed to go to other people. I am looking to have that changed so that
when I use the notification functions on the website I only receive emails
relevant to me and my clients.
