Make review Paid Death Claim look like Claim Check completed

We have had multiple requests to have the "Review Paid Death Claims" page look like the Claim Check "Completed" section. They want to see the following:

> COntract #

> Insured Name

> Date of Depsoit

> Deposit Amount

We can keep everything else on this page as well, but we need to show them this information on this page.
