South MS would like to add a form in their Contract approval section that allows them to cross check amounts without having to navigate through different pages of the contract.  I have attached the form they use to approve.  They would like to see this form only show up in the "Ready to approve" screen.  They print it for the funeral home file.  The customer shouldn't get this form.
