I know digicon used to have a way to remind directors to approve a contract and that went away.  How about we input something into OA or digicon that will sent a reminder email when the agent/manager wants that to be done.  My main funeral director doens't want me to remind him personally but if the email came from OA or digicon as a reminder then he would probably be ok with that.  Sometimes it takes him days to approve and clients question why the money is still in their account.
