Where do I go to approve new contracts?

We are not a funeral home. We are a stand-alone cemetery/agency. The only dashboards available to me are my agent dashboard and funeral home dashboard. When I click on DIGI-con (on the funeral home dashboard) there is no contract approval option.

Since your location is special one, meaning we don’t have many customers that are cemeteries. We are happy to look into changing the title on your screen, which will take a while to do. We will keep you updated on what we can do for you. If you will please logout of Online Access and log back in. I have made the appropriate changes to allow you to now be able to approve contracts.
