Where do I go to approve new contracts?

We are not a funeral home. We are a stand-alone cemetery/agency. The only dashboards available to me are my agent dashboard and funeral home dashboard. When I click on DIGI-con (on the funeral home dashboard) there is no contract approval option.

Thank you so much for contacting the Help Center. I apologize for any confusion or frustration the new website may have caused. Like any other new website or software there are always bugs and updates the first few weeks, so I thank you for your patience as we get these taken care of.

Since your location is special one, meaning we don’t have many customers that are cemeteries. We are happy to look into changing the title on your screen, which will take a while to do. We will keep you updated on what we can do for you. If you will please logout of Online Access and log back in. I have made the appropriate changes to allow you to now be able to approve contracts.
