Change to CLAIMCHECK Daily Deposit Report

Currently when we have one assignment that has more than one policy involved there are times that we pay the assignment in two separate payments. Such as the one below.

The Total over all assignment is $8,500

The Total over all fee is $276.25

We were able to only pay on the first policy on this assignment today. That policy broke down as the following:

Total assigned- $5,000

Payment to FH $4837.50

Fee $162.50

And this reflected correctly on the accounting payout for that day. (attach #1)

The next day we were able to pay the second policy on this assignment. This policy broke down as the following:

Total assigned- $3500

Payment to FH $3386.25

Fee $113.75

However, this time the daily report does not reflect this accurately. (attach #2)

We need the accounting report on the second payment to pull the accurate information as the funeral homes are confused by what is being reported.
