DIGiclaim - the suspended status is incorrect

Riverwood called in two claims today because the claims they were making were saying they were suspended. This was incorrect, please see attached documents showing they were not marked as suspended as well as the error message that is coming to OA.

    This should now be working properly; we had a fix for it that had not yet made it to production.
