DCAS- OA access to all FHomes that are associate with them to upload assignment and get docs

DCAS- Can we set them up with OA access to all FHomes that are associated with their company. This will allow them to upload their DCAS assignment on each claim and to be able to get the documents (quote and contract) immediately.

This also then sets them up with faster documents and answers to be able to pay the claim to the FH and possibly families within the one day period.

    DCAS already has OA access so that we can order supplies for FD clients signed up with us.  If we could upload documents or view quotes, that would be great!
