The past few times a sales manager has tried to use ACH, the customer information gets into Stripe but when the customer or the manager goes back into to OA to insert the 2 microdeposits that they receive for verifying their bank account, they receive an alert that they are already a DIGicare customer and it won't let them get back to the verification section.
