Fix the SSL renewal process! Every time the certificate expires it disrupts Digicon, OA and PLD and no telling what else!
We have to find a way to provide continuous, uninterrupted service for our customers.

Unfortunately the certificate expiration we experienced last week was the result of our vendor failing to process our certificate's auto-renewal. This should work properly going forward.
