    Thanks Patrice! Currently you should be able to view lapse letters when you drill down into the policy. However, we are lacking the additional lapse information. We will be adding a new reporting module later this year that will allow you to create custom reports and drill down into the data. We will be adding your idea to this module. Thanks!

    The date of the lapse, any documents of the lapse (Letter), and/or if you have history of the lapse – “so-and-so called and said can’t pay anymore. . . “ - I know this last part is farfetched.
