Again I was messing with the Beta for the new Online Access, and currently if a claim is waiting on documents we do not have access to work the reconciliations. However, we are not always going to have a death certificate on file when we start this process. So If we could have it where we can access the reconciliations even if a claim is waiting on documents it would be extremely helpful.
