Add ability to sort Digiclaims by contract

Add ability to sort Digiclaims by contract number, insured's name, or date submitted (filed date)

Currently, there is no way to sort claims on the Digiclaim dashboard. For firms who routinely process many claims at once, it would be helpful to be able to sort by contract number, insured's name, or date submitted.

DIGiclaim Cateogires given ability to sort Merged

Nancy Patten -NPATTEN said that she submits claims inn mass groups, and it would be helpful if after she submits her claim if she could sort them alphabetically by insured's name.
