Sales Managers can't checkout of the DIGicare section.

In talking with Colin, we discovered that if you are logged in a sales manager in OA and you try and go through the DIGicare process, they are unable to checkout. It will continually refresh and never actually complete the enrollment process. It would make sense for Colin to work on this since we were the ones that found this issue. We really really need this section to work.
