For online access can we set up a notification for our Sales Manager when Licensing receives agent onboarding paperwork?

This would save Licensing from sending multiple emails and still keep managers in the loop that the agents they spoke with actually did their paperwork. Also somehow alert managers when the agent is Appointed with FDLIC and ready to write. I figure if we have hierarchy attached that this idea maybe possible.
