Can we have PLD not force the comment section

Can we have PLD not force the comment section when entering an activity if the activity is a Voicemail or a No Answer?

Typically if there is no answer there is nothing for me to note that would be of value. Just seeing that I left a voicemail or they didn't answer is enough. I am doing everything I can to reduce key strokes and make using the platform easier.
