It would be nice for the agent to be notified about a paid in full certificate being available, especially when they (agent & FH) are both on email notifications.  We already notify the FH, just would benefit the agent to be notified as well.  This will help the agent to be more on top of things for their customers verses waiting for the customer to call them waiting for it.
