Update Support page

We would like to update the Support page to do a better job of selling the dedicated support we provide. This will require new content, but not a new design.

    Should highlight and include:

    • Dedicated Support
      • Highlight each of our Success Managers and their introduction videos
      • Copy that details the value of have dedicated support and what that means
    • The different methods we enable communication
      • Do it yourself - Tutorial Videos, Weekly Webinars, Knowledge Base
      • Communicate the way you prefer - Email, Phone, Ticketing
    • Give us your feedback - Stats on how many customer ideas we implemented in 2017
    • Add customer testimonial for support
