Hillary's dashboard as well as the resource library and DIGicare services section on OA are taking a very long time to load. In fact, I left it spinning on the Resource Library section for about 3 minutes and it never loaded. I'm thinking it may have something to do with her being a Select Producer prior to her manager role now.
