Sales Manager contact information is wrong on the DIGicare enrollment email that gets sent to us in-house.

For whatever reason, when a sales manager uses the OA portal to enroll someone into DIGicare services, the sales manager contact information that is sent to us is wrong. The contact information of their specific RSVP is sent and not who actually signed up the firm. Can we please change this to where the information that is captured is the person that actually enrolled the funeral home?
