I can see that a policy is about to lapse on the dashboard, but sometimes they pay and fall off that list. However, when they actually lapse, it's a surprise to me. I don't know who it is many times. I just see a hit on my reserves. Can agents please get some sort of notice when a policy actually lapses so we can contact the policy holder and try to salvage the preneed?

Thanks for the idea Myra! We actually implemented a notification system back in January that has the ability to notify you whenever a policy goes on pending lapse or actually lapses. In addition to those, there are many other notifications that may interest you. If you click on the bell in the top right of your screen and then click on settings you can configure how you want your notifications. Someone from our help center will be reaching out shortly to help show you how these work.
As for a list of lapsed policies you should be able to get these from the New Business widget and you can see everything that has lapsed in the past 6 months. For the list of claims we currently have a request in for that to be in the reporting module. I have provided a link to the idea if you would like to follow it.
