Phone access to policies

We can not access the search bar from the iPhone or Android view to view policies. Can we get the drop down to include the search bar for smaller screen? If not a magnifying class up top? See Haley she knows what this is about.

    When I turn my phone sideways I do not get the prompt where I can type in a person's name to search for their file.  Currently, I am not able to access a file via my smartphone. I can only access files remotely if I have my tablet which requires WiFi.
