There needs to be a way for the customer to change the delivery preference of their documents. They should be able to choose from email, text, online only or mail.
I agree with Kyle. It is odd that all this new electronic functions we have with digiclaim, that we still get a mailed copy of the deposit record after each claim. Seems like the waste of a letter, envelope and postage if I have already gotten the docs online.
