It would be very helpful to have a column with the funeral home name on my agenda in Pipeline Deals. That way, if I am doing go by's, I know what town and I can plan accordingly. If I am working a specific funeral home, it would be nice to have a grouping of calls to make for that particular firm for each day. It is mostly an organizational need.

Myra, you should be able to customize the grid view in your agenda in Pipeline to show almost anything you want. On the far top right of the grid there is a field that says 'Columns' if you click on that it will pop up a screen that lets you check off additional columns. The column you are looking for is called 'Primary Contact Company'. Additionally you can save this view so you can get back to it quickly by clicking the 'Save as New List' button at the top of the grid.
