There should be a way that the marketing job tracker should work with OA to where:

- Managers can see the progress being made at the home office on a mailer, flyer, etc.

- Managers can approve pieces within the platform so that emails are not necessary. and LG specialists don't have to send emails for approvals/changes.

- Managers can fill out an entire LGR within OA

- Managers can preview different pieces in OA rather than having to ask the LG specialists for examples.

I would imagine that OA could send an email to the manager/LG specialist when either party makes a change, approval, or request.
