Forum/chat room for SP and Sales Team

Creating a forum for the sales team, specifically select producers, to share ideas, triumphs, and failures. This idea came up during the teach back sessions when I heard select producers who were struggling with something in particular and other more veteran select producers giving their advice and wisdom. Not sure exactly how this would look or how it should be connected to OA but I thought it was working discussing. Let me know what you think!
