I would like to see in the commission widget 2 different links one for at risk and one for negative agents  (kinda like new biz widget) where we can click and immediately see at risk agents and agents who are in the negative.  This will help determine if we needed to terminate or assistance with helper of people.  Quick easy find...beats a spreadsheet any day
