For funeral homes, the New Business widget allows a funeral home to see sales volume for all agents in their hierarchy.  The New Business widget is present when an agency is selected, but no data is populating to the New Business widget.  For agencies, it would be extremely useful if the New Business widget would show all of their agents in their hierarchy.  Essentially, the New Business widget should work for agencies as i t does for funeral homes.  We have an agency who is having trouble figuring out which agents are actively writing business when using OA widgets.
