Dashboard Widgets - New Business & Claims defaulting to non-null sections
The New Buiness & Claims widgets currently default to the "Needs Work" page. This is great, except when there aren't any policies/claims that "need work." When this page/section of the widget is blank, the widget should default to the next non-null section.
