This allows all of our subscription service set-up forms placed in one single web form that can be accessed by sales managers and funeral home clients when they want to sign up for one of our DIGicare subscription services. This web form has already been completed through Wufoo and would need minimal development time to get this up and running on OA. This will take the place of the multiple PDF fillable forms we have for the subscription services currently. This allows for a much easier set-up process for our sales managers and our funeral home clients.
