Right now if a policy was going to be downgraded based on medical records if the insured died within the contest-ability phase the funeral director sees the full death benefit amount. If the downgrade could happen when the claim comes in and automatically give them the GDB that would be much better for all.

I believe when a claim is filed for a newly processed where the check has not been cleared for 20 days, I think we bring up a messge of some sort cause I get call about this. Can we have OA bring up a message that states it has been downgraded or something of the sort to advise the FH to call in
