We need a pop up warning to stop the  processor side when deleting an assignment in OA that is part of Passare. I know that we disable the ability for the FH to enter in OA.  But CLAIMCHECK can still enter assignments for them.  Maybe an alert when they enter the FH while entering a new assignment (if the FH has the passare box checked in OA Edit FH)
