Many times, I will receive an e-mail from the home office about a contract.  To help response time be quicker, is it possible for the employee to send a text to the Select Producer (or agent??) instead of "just" an e-mail?  The reason this helps is that sometimes out in the field, we are at appointments all day and do not see e-mails until late in the evening.  Meanwhile, an employee is waiting at the home office for a reply.  Sometimes a text to the agent would save hours of waiting.  This is NOT a huge deal.  But, it may help the home office by getting a response much quicker.
