Steps were added to pull up contracts in OA. Can we fix it? Merged

Until recently, when we looked up a contract in online access, the associated documents were listed automatically. Now we have the extra step of choosing the date range of the documents we want to view. I'm wondering if we can go back to the old way and save time.

    Scott is right.  The date range step is pointless!
