Currently, the Claim report uses the same funeral home hierarchy that the other volume reports use. As a result the claim report shows data for the funeral home who sold the policy as opposed to the funeral home that was paid the claim. We need to have the hierarchy for the funeral home that was paid the claim available in Cognos for more accurate reporting.
