When  generating the wire request form in OA the incorrect banking information pulls.  For example on assignment 9018E1EB OA pulled GIAS' banking account information instead of OA's banking information. OA's bank information should override GIAS'.

Also when generating a payment notice for a wire request it is not pulling the correct advanced amount.
