When customer/contract holder's registers online, system should auto enable their online access request.

When a customer/contract holder registers online, system auto enables their online access request. This will reduce the amount of calls we get from customers upset because they can't access their online, at this time we have to go in and enable the online request before the customer can access it. Some days we will have several request from customers because they think their request didn't go through and they will put in another request. This will save time and  make our customers, call center and document processors happy.
