It would save some time with processing Digicon contracts and notifying agents of pending contracts, especially before weekly, period and end of month pay periods. Digicon has a report that generates at noon and 4pm daily of pending contracts, maybe we can that to send a generic message to agents letting them know they still have pending contracts on a weekly basis and not to forget to contact Digicon Support of their status or send in funds and or contacts. Maybe you can add a "your are two weeks from 30 days" or you are "one week from 30 days" warning message.
