we need to add a totals line when custom reports are built for sales over time when selecting specific agents or locations.

Report is located in the Sales Ops folder in Cognos. This will give our people a bird's-eye view of their Digicon contracts similar to the Policy List report. -
This is more a comment. The funeral sales groups under reporting does not seem to work correctly in all cases. Maybe some of the funeral homes are left out? Look at MURSIMCO for an example. Thanks
